As the holiday season surrounds around us, it’s amazing to see the spirit of giving alive and well in our local communities. This year, we’re super grateful to our wonderful neighbors, the employees at the Rehab Hospital of the Pacific, for their generosity, which is making a real difference for our seniors.

For two weeks in December, our neighbors at REHAB Hospital of the Pacific were busy collecting canned goods to support our Lanakila Meals on Wheels Program. Their kindness is not just heartwarming but also a ray of hope for our meal recipients as they get ready for emergencies.

The canned goods donated will be turned into emergency preparedness kits, making sure our seniors have what they need when things get tough. This act of kindness is more than just donations; it truly shows what community and compassion are all about.

We want to give a big shoutout to all the team members who joined in the food drive. Your efforts have brought real support and have spread the giving spirit within our communities. It’s through actions like these that we build a stronger, more connected society.

As we celebrate the holidays, let’s remember the power of giving and the huge impact it can have on those around us. Thank you, Team REHAB, for your unwavering support and for helping us bring joy and security to our seniors.

Happy Holidays to everyone, and let’s keep lifting each other up in the spirit of kindness and generosity.
