At Lanakila Pacific, support of our donors fosters long-term independence for individuals with disabilities. Your contributions make our Employment Services program possible, enabling us to provide comprehensive training and support. Participants benefit from job readiness classes led by our dedicated job coaches, who guide them through essential skills such as resume writing, interview preparation, conflict management, and workplace soft skills. Our job coaches work closely with participants to discover their passions and help them build the skills and experiences necessary for paid work and eventual job placement.
A vital component of our success is the strong partnerships with local companies. These partnerships provide invaluable paid work opportunities for our participants, allowing them to work through challenges and acquire new skills. Your support truly makes a difference, empowering individuals with disabilities to achieve their dreams of independence and a brighter future.
