Guided by a desire to create a memorable dining experience for those who care for Hawaii's kupuna, Chef Ike Kaluhiokalani presents a thoughtfully composed menu showcasing exceptional ingredients—from fresh kanpachi tartare and blackened ribeye to a decadent Oreo cheesecake finale. Each course honors the island's rich agricultural heritage while offering a modern expression of Hawaii regional cuisine.
