Executive Chef Wade Ueoka and Executive Pastry Chef Michelle Karr-Ueoka present a menu that blends local influences with refined technique, from mochi-crusted Hawaiian kanpachi and Hudson Valley duck confit to fresh seasonal shave ice inspired by beloved island desserts. Thoughtfully paired wines complement each course, creating a dining experience that is both innovative and deeply connected to Hawaii's homegrown flavors.
